1. Right of cancellation (consumers in the Philippines)
As a consumer in the Philippines, you may cancel your distance purchase within 7 days of receiving the product, provided the product has not been used and remains in its original packaging, in accordance with the Consumer Act of the Philippines (Republic Act No. 7394). 2. Defects and warranty
In case of manufacturing defect or non-conforming delivery, keep photos of the packaging and defect and contact [email protected] within 3 months of purchase, in accordance with applicable legal warranty. After verification, we offer repair, replacement, or refund.
3. How to initiate a return
- Send an email to [email protected] with the subject "Return" and your order number (if available).
- Wait for confirmation and instructions with the return address.
- Ship the product in its original packaging if possible, and keep the shipping receipt.
4. Return shipping costs
For a justified cancellation, return shipping costs may be borne by the buyer unless otherwise agreed. In case of a recognized defect, we reimburse duly documented shipping expenses.
5. Refund timelines
After receiving and verifying the return, the refund via the same payment method is normally processed within 10 business days, depending on the payment system.
